How we handle your data

Command stores the information needed to run your sales pipeline: contact details for you and your leads, sales activity logs, the infrastructure documents we build for you, and weekly performance reports. Access is strictly role-based - your data is visible only to you, the rep placed with your business, and the Millionaire Contracts operations team, and never to any other client. Our sales reps are based in South Africa, so all personal information they process is handled in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Because our clients operate worldwide, we also honour the privacy regulation that applies where you are based - such as the GDPR in the European Union or the CCPA in California - including your right to request a copy of your data or its deletion. If your contract ends, your organisation's data is exported to you on request and then removed from active systems.
