Millionaire Contracts
Terms of use
Command is provided by Millionaire Contracts (Pty) Ltd, 4 Lonsdale Way, Pinelands, Cape Town, 7405, South Africa. These terms apply to everyone who signs in to Command: the businesses we work for, the people who work for them, our representatives and our own team. By signing in you agree to them. Our privacy and data handling policy is part of these terms and says what we do with information.
What Command is
Command is the platform on which Millionaire Contracts delivers its growth services: a sales pipeline, reports, a business record, documents to read and sign off, weekly briefs and growth plans, outreach run by people and by software agents, and connections to systems a business already uses so the numbers come from those systems rather than being retyped. Access is by invitation under a service agreement with Millionaire Contracts; these terms do not replace that agreement and where the two differ, the agreement wins.
Your account
Your login is yours. Keep it to yourself, tell us at once if you think somebody else has used it, and do not share what you see in Command about another business. We may close a login that is shared, misused or no longer attached to an active agreement.
Systems you connect
You may connect your own mailbox, calendar, accounting, payments, analytics and other systems. You confirm you are entitled to connect each one. Command reads them to the extent the connection screen says and no further; the policy lists what each one reads and keeps. You can disconnect any system from your Connections screen at any time, and from the provider's own account settings, and Command stops reading it at once. Each provider's own terms also apply to your use of it, and Command is not responsible for a provider's availability, accuracy or changes.
Acceptable use
Use Command for your own business's growth, lawfully. Do not use it to send unsolicited messages in breach of the laws that apply where your recipients are, to process information you have no right to, to probe or disrupt the service, or to copy its content or software for another product. Messages sent through Command from your accounts are sent in your name and are your responsibility.
Content and AI
What you put into Command stays yours. What Command produces for you under your agreement, such as documents, briefs and plans, is yours once it is signed off or delivered. Some of it is drafted by AI models from your own record and numbers and is marked as such until a person has read it; read it before you rely on it or send it on. We do not let any model provider train on your information.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep Command available at all times and tell you about planned maintenance, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We change Command often; a change that removes something you rely on is announced in the product first. We may suspend access to protect the service or other users.
Liability
Command is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Millionaire Contracts is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of profit, or for decisions taken on numbers that a connected system reported wrongly, and our total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending
You may stop using Command at any time. When your agreement with Millionaire Contracts ends, your business's data is exported to you on request and then removed from active systems, as the policy says. Sections on content, liability and law survive the end of these terms.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa and its courts have jurisdiction. Questions go to neo@millionairecontracts.com and we answer within 24 hours. We may update these terms; the date below changes when we do, and continuing to use Command after a change means you accept it.
